摘要 本文提出了齿轮激光热处理的三项关键工艺技术 ,即连续偏置、变速扫描和辅助冷却技术。在此基础上 ,获得了沿齿廓分布的均匀硬化层。检测结果表明 :齿轮激光淬火变形很小 ,不影响齿轮的精度等级。其硬化层组织由淬硬层。 Application of laser hardening is a newly developed technique in the surface hardening of spur gears. The three key techniques, namely gear deviation, speed changes, and assisted cooling for the laser surface hardening of spur gears were proposed. Using these techniques, a uniform hardened case along the gear flanks can be obtained easily. Test results show that deformations in laser hardened gears was negligible to influence gear precision. The microstructure of hardened case consists of a hardened zone, heat affected zone and the base materials.
