摘要
本文研究望远系统在导轨上移动时光线的偏折引起莫尔条纹的位移来检测导轨。该法方便,精度高而可调。
In this paper a method for measuring the nonlinearity of a quide is described. The deflected rays cause displacement of moire fringes when telescope is displaced on the quide in this method. This method is convenient its accuracy is highand adjustable.
