摘要
本文给出了一种新的光电探测方法测量任意波片相位延迟的理论及实验方法。可应用于近红外、可见及紫外区域。特别使用于λ/2和λ/4波片的相位延迟的测量,实验精度可达0.2%。
The theory and the experimental procedure are given for a new photoelectric method of measuring any phase retardation in a plate. It is applicable to the ultravilet visible and near infrared regions of the spectrum. It is especially powerful for calibrating quarter-wave plates and half-wave plates.The accuracy is less than 0.2%.
