摘要
通过测试不同工作介质中模型铲刀的推土阻力,分析了不同的工作介质对推土阻力的影响状况。讨论了随切削角的变化,模型铲刀推土阻力的变化规律。观察并探讨了不同工作介质沿模型铲刀表面流动和粘附的情况。根据试验数据拟合出了推土阻力曲线,建立了模型铲刀推土阻力在不同工作介质中的数学模型,为推土机铲刀及杆件分析系统软件的铲刀性能分析提供了依据。
Bulldozing resistances of model blade have been tested in different working media and effects of media on resistance were analyzed.Relationship between bulldozing resistance and cutting angle was discussed.Medium particle flow along blade surface and adhesion to it were observed.A mathematical model of blade bulldozing resistance in different working media has been established according to the resistance curves regressed from test data,providing a basis for blade performance analysis in blade and its rodlever system software of 320 HP crawler bulldozer.
