The paper analysed the economic rationality of largesize enterprise group′s venture capital,and studied the role of largesize enterprise group in venture capital industry.It made a key research on some possible patterns of largesize enterprise group′s venture capital,and then a riskutility judgment model was used to analyze the largesize enterprise group′s venture capital judgment process.
