准光柱聚焦法激光打孔的研究

孔的质量(精度,表面质量和稳定性)受熔化孔壁的影响。为了减少这种不良影响,提出了准光柱聚焦法打孔工艺。通过理论和试验分析表明,打孔效果优于一般光锥聚焦法打孔。

The Quality of hole (accuracy, surface Quality and stability) was affected by the melting wall of hole. In order to reduce the adverse effects. We put forwad a technological method of laser drilling with focusing of quasi-light column. From the experiments and the theoretical analysis, we know that the results are better than those of the common focusing of light cone.
