摘要
采用染料(DCM)脉冲激光(640nm)辐照天使鱼(pterophyllum scalars)卵和塘虱鱼(clarias batrachus)卵,结果表明,染料激光对两种鱼的受精卵提高孵化率分别为23—45%和11—55%,并得到最佳辐照剂量(脉冲个数)。比较了染料激光(DCM,640nm)、氦氖激光(He-Ne,632.8nm)和氮分子激光(N_2,337.1nm)对金鱼(carassius auratus)卵的孵化率的影响,三种激光辐照均能提高金鱼卵的孵化率,提高率分别为15—32%,21—41%,和5-13%。
An experiment was performed by Dye(DCM)laser with 640nm to irradiate embryos of Angelfish(Terophllum Scalars) and Catfish (Clarias batrachus) for comparing effects of a laser on two kinds of embryos, as a result, the hatching rates of both embryos were increased by 23-45% and 11-55% respectivelly than one unirra-diated. Moreover, the effects of DCM, He-Ne, and N2 laser on goldfish embryos were compared, it is known that the effect with He-Ne laser is the best among these effects for hatching rates.
