Technology and Applications of Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing

摘要 波分复用(WDM)技术是满足传输网络带宽需求剧增的有效途径。相比密集波分复用(DWDM),粗波分复用(CWDM)具有较好的性能价格比,为城域网应用提供了一种成本低廉的高容量解决方案。本文首先概述CWDM技术的发展历史和特征,然后对CWDM系统应用的若干相关问题进行具体分析。
