摘要 肌球蛋白重链 (MysionHeavyChain ,MHC)是横纹肌收缩蛋白的重要组成成分。已发现MHC有多种亚型 ,在不同的机械负荷下可相互转化 ,呈现出对外界机械信号的高度适应性。机械生长因子 (MechanoGrowthFactor ,MGF)可能在机械负荷和MHC亚型转变间发挥化学桥梁的功能。 MHC (mysion heavy chain) is an important element of co ntractile proteins in striated muscle. And several kinds of isoforms have been f ound at present. These isoforms can translate each other under different mechani cal loadings. And it will take on a very adaptable characteristic under differen t physical signals. MGF(Mechano Growth Factor,MGF) maybe is the link between th e mechanical stimulus and gene expression.
