试论定向运动裁判队伍的建设与管理

On the establishment and management of orienteering referees

随着定向运动的普及和竞赛活动的日趋频繁 ,竞赛组织对定向裁判工作提出了更新、更高的要求。定向比赛的特殊性和复杂性以及现代化器材设备的运用 ,需要我们建立一支训练有素、业务精通、高素质的裁判队伍 ,并进行科学的规范化的管理 ,才能保证定向运动竞赛公平、公正、有序地进行。

With the popularity and the frequency of orienteerin g, sports organizers always have newer and higher demands for the work of referee. Because of particularity and complicacy of the competition, plus application of modernized equipment, we must establish a well-trained and high-qualified ref erees, which should be managed in a more scientific and systematic way so as to ensure that there is a fair, just and successful competition.
