建筑物防震缝宽度的确定对减少地震对建筑物所造成的损害至关重要。影响防震缝宽度的因素包括地震、建筑物高度、设计裂度、建筑材料、地下水位等,考虑上述因素,作者给出了合理地确定防震缝宽度计算分式和适宜条件,为合理设计防震缝宽度,减小地震发生时对建筑物所造成的危害提供参考。

To delimit the width of the cracks against earthquakes of building is very important for reducing damage to the buildings. While a lot of factors can influence the crack width against earthquakes. The width of the cracks against earthqauakes must be delimited equitably. The damage to the buildings can be reduced as much as possible when earthquakes happen.
