Enhance the Measure Acuracy of Radar Altimeter through Echo Simulation

提出了宽波束雷达视频回波的仿真模型算法及仿真过程,详细介绍了仿真模型中各参数的计算,根据数字高程图做了大量的回波仿并进行了特征分析和归类,根据地面崎岖度及地表特征的不同统计天底点在仿真回波中出现位置的大致规律,从而根据仿真的结果矫正了雷达高度表的测高,并给出了矫正后的结果.

This paper introduces a model of wide-beam radar video echo simulation and the process of simulation, and gives a detailed calculation of all the parameters in this model. Through a large scale of calculated echo according to the terrain, a rough statistical rule of echo related to different terrain characters is achieved, which is used to rectify the height measurement抯 accuracy of radar altimeter, and the rectified results are also presented at the end of the paper.
