摘要 建立了新型的机械压力机气动摩擦离合器及制动器的计算机控制系统,并对该气动系统进行模型辨识。在该气动系统机理分析的基础上,采用预报误差法进行气动系统模型参数的辨识,得到该系统的动态模型。将辨识模型仿真结果与系统实验测量数据进行比较,该模型是可信的。这个模型不仅能够较好的反映系统的动态特性,而且有利于系统控制器的设计。 A new computer control system of the pneumatic friction clutch and brake in mechanical press is proposed. The pneumatic friction clutch and brake system is identified in the test. On the basis of analyzing the system, normal model structure, error predictive method and the experimental model of the pneumatic system are presented. By comparing the results of identification with the test data, the creditability of the model is proved. A perfect model of the pneumatic friction clutch and brake system is obtained. The model not only well reflects the dynamic characteristics of the system but also can help the system controller design.
