摘要
本文作者研究了掺入稀土元素La的二氧化锡薄膜的气敏光学效应。测量了它在氨及乙醇气氛下的透射光谱。实验结果表明:薄膜的灵敏度有所提高,选择性有所改善。本文用表面能级分裂理论解释了气敏光学机理。
The gas sensing optical characteristic of rare-earthed element La doped SnO2 film is studied.The transmission spectrograms of the film in alcohol and ammonia gas .are recorded. It shown that the gas sensing sensitivity of the film to alcohol is increased, and the selectivity is improved.The theory of splitting energy state of solid surface is used to explain the gas sensing mechanism.
