面部软组织裂伤的急诊美容整形修复

Aesthetic and plastic surgery for repairing facial soft tissue injury

目的寻找面部软组织裂伤的最佳修复。方法采用美容整形修复术,进一步强调清创、伤口修整、缝合、包扎等,并提出一些新的对策。结果156例均一期愈合,外观满意。结论对面部软组织裂伤患者,行美容整形修复术,可达到满意的修复效果。

Objective To explore the optimal aesthetic and plastic surgery in e mergency repairing of facial soft tissue injury. Methods Principles of aestheti c and plastic surgery were applied, i.e, debridement, repairing, suture and pack ing of wound, etc. all were further focused; some new strategies were forwarded up. Results All of the wounds healed primarily, and the repaired appearances we re satisfactory. Conclusion Aesthetic and plastic surgery for repairing facial soft tissue injury wound receive satisfactory effects.
