In this article,by analysing the development, operation protocol and methods of American e-learning as well as its effects on higher education,the authors take further steps to discuss the forms and problems of network education in our country.We must affirm our achievements,find out the problems of the network education in our country,and work out the ways to deal with them so as to promote the rapid and sound development of the current network education in our country.
