It has become imperative to realize web aided teaching as an importance part of reform in physiology teaching.We have made attempts in the preparation of home pages on web for physiology teaching,which involves compiling physiology textbook in hypertext format, setting up a system of multimedia aided teaching courseware for physiology,making a national exercise database,establishing a question answer and discussion system,and editing a studying corner of physiology. It has been proved quite effective in improving the quality of physiology teaching.
