真空负压环钻在部分穿透性角膜移植术中的应用

A clinical observation for the application of Hessburg-Barron vacuum trephine for the partial penetrating keratoplasty

目的 探讨真空负压环钻在部分穿透性角膜移植术中的应用。方法 对 191例 (193只眼 )采用真空负压环钻制作植片进行部分穿透性角膜移植术 ,分析其临床疗效及并发症。结果 裸眼视力≥ 0 .1者 15 8只眼(82 % ) ,植片透明 180只眼 (93 % ) ,移植排斥反应 6只眼 (3 % ) ,继发性青青光眼 3只眼 (1% ) ,虹膜前粘连 3只眼(1% ) ,散光 (≥ 6D) 2 2只眼 (11% )。结论 使用真空负压环钻 ,可明显提高手术疗效、降低并发症的发生。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Hessburg-Barron vacuum trephine for the partial penetrating keratoplasty.Method To apply Hessburg-Barron vacuum trephine in 191 cases (193 eyes) with partial penetrating keratoplasty and to analyze clinical effect and complications.Result The visual acuity was 0.1 or better in 158 eyes (82%).The major complications were transplanting rejection 6 eyes(3%),secondary glaucoma 3 eyes(1%),anterior synechia of the iris 3 eyes(1%) and astigmatism(≥6D) 22 eyes(11%).Conclusions The better clinical effect was obtained and the complications obviously decreased by applying Hessburg-Barron vacuum trephine in partial penetrating keratoplasty.
