摘要
以聚丙烯酸丁酯交联剂量分别为0,0.25%和0.5%的三种PnBA-COPU的SEN为例,讨论了SEN中一个组分的交联程度对形态和性能的影响。
The presem paper covers morphology and properties of three series of poly (n-butyl acrylate)-polyurethanes based on castor oil (PnBA-COPU) and the effect of crosslinking density of PnBA on the morphology and properties. The tensile strength of PnBA rich-in SENs increases with increasing crosslinking density, whereas the elongation at break and swelling degree decrease. For other compositions, both tensile strength and elongation at break of 0. 25% crosslinking agent content in SENs are lower than those of 0 and 0.50% crosslinking agent contents. The compatibility of PnBA and COPU in the former is much better than in the latter two.
