In the new history period, troops finance work is facing the new challenges and problems.The functions and responsibilities of the troops accountancy are getting more important in the military fund management.The morals of the troops accountants profession affect the work quality of the troops accountancy.Nowadays, the situation of morals of the troops accountants is very critical. We should pay enough attention to establish the standard of the occupation morals of troops accountants,enhancing the morals education of troops accountant profession.
