摘要 生物膜模型既是一种认识生物膜作用的研究工具,也是一种常用于工程实际的模拟工具。生物膜本身的多相性对现今的一些生物膜模型的简化假设提出了质疑。文章概述了IAWQ专家组对当今生物膜模型的研究现状的总结评估及指出的将来在生物膜建模领域的研究方向;对科技工作者进行有关生物膜模型教育培训;对生物膜过程的实时控制的数学模型的发展;膜结构和膜作用(性能)在工程上的应用等被认为是生物膜模型实际应用的主要方向。 Biofilm models are commonly used as simulation tools in engineering applications and as research tools to identify and fill gaps in our knowledge of biofilm processes. Recent experimental evidence of biofilm heterogeneity questions the validity of the assumptions of the 1D models. The article summarizes the opinions of the IAWQ specitlist group. The group evaluates the current status and detemines futere directions of biofiln modeling:the training of the fundamentals of biofilm models for scientists and engineers; the development of mathematical models for real-time control of biofilm processes, the ability to 'engineer' the biofilm structure and function etc. were regarded as the most important objectives for the practical application of biofilm models.
