摘要
采用粉末活性炭-膜生物反应器组合工艺(PAC-MBR)对微污染水源水进行处理,考察了组合工艺对污染物的去除效果和膜过滤性能的变化。结果表明,该组合工艺对浊度和氨氮的去除率均在80%以上,对OC和UV254的去除率分别可达46%~57%和31%~42%,PAC投加量在500mg/L到3000mg/L的试验范围内,对污染物的去除效果影响不大。试验还表明,PAC-MBR组合工艺几乎能完全去除分子量<1000的有机物。PAC投加量对膜过滤性能的影响不显著。
Treatment of micro-polluted raw water using powded activated carbon (PAC) combined with membrane bioreactor(MBR) was testd. The removal characteristics of pollutants and change of membrane permeability in the combined process were investigated. The removal rates of turbidity and NH+4-N were over 80%, and OC and UV254 43movals were about 46~57% and 31~42%,respectively. PAC dosage had little influence on pollutant removals in the range of 500mg/L to 30000mg/L. Organic matters with molecular weight less than 1000 could be almost fully removed in PAC-MBR process. PAC dosage had no significant influence on the membrane permeability.
