摘要
探讨了混凝和氧化法处理废光盘回收产生的废水。通过试验,探讨了PFS、PAC混凝和Fenton、次氯酸钠氧化的反应条件和对COD的去除效果,并选择了较佳的混凝剂和氧化剂,优化两者的组合方式,得出了Fenton氧化+PFS混凝联合处理废光盘回收废水的方法。此方法的全程COD去除率可达90.3%。
Coagulation and oxidation have been developed to treat wastewater from CD-ROM's reuse. In this study, we have researched the condition and effects of coagulant-PFS、PAC and oxidizer-Fenton、sodium hypochlorite when they were applied for treating the wastewater, and enquired into their effects on the wastewater. Then we chose the better coagulant and oxidizer to optimize the mode of the both's combination and derived the method of wastewater treatment from VD-ROM's reuse with the combined process of Fenton oxidation and PFS coagulation. In this way, removed rate of COD could reach 90.3%.
