卷式纳滤膜处理洁霉素废水的研究 被引量:1

THE EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF SPIRAL NANOFILTRATION MEMBRANE IN THE TREATMENT OF LINCOMYCIN WASTEWATER

摘要 使用MPS-44和DLNF2-30两种卷式纳滤膜对洁霉素废水的透水性能、CODCr和洁霉素的截留率作了实验研究,并提出了浓缩洁霉素的膜组合流程。结果表明:两种膜组合运行时对洁霉素的总回收率为95%,浓缩倍数10~15,出水洁霉素浓度低于10mg/L,CODCr浓度为4000mg/L左右,基本满足后续生化处理的要求。 An experimental study was conducted on the MPS-44 and DLNF2-30 membranes' filtrating characteristics, CODCr retention rate, lincomycin retention rate and the capability of the treatment of various concentration wastewater. The Series process results indicate that recovery rate of lincomycin can reach 95% and concentrating times of the wastewater, about 10~15. The quality of effluent water meet for the follow-up biochemical treatment demands, which are 10mg/L of lincomycin and 4000mg/L of CODCr.
