摘要
研究了锅炉酸洗后过氧化氢钝化的工艺条件。pH为6.5～7.5,0.5%～1.0%过氧化氢(含过氧化氢稳定剂),25～30℃下钝化4～6h,可获得良好的钝化膜。X光电子能谱测定结果表明,钝化膜组成均匀,膜层致密。在锅炉清洗中取得了较好的效果。
The passivess of Boiler by hydrogen peroxide after acid cleaning was studied. Good passive membrane was obtained by passivating for 4h at 25～30℃, pH6.5～7.5, 0.5%～1.0%H2O2 (containing stablizer of H2O2). X-photoelectron spectrum of the passive membrane indicated that the passive membrane closed together and its composition was well-distributed. Good result was obtained in the cleaning of boiler by the method.
