交变加载的断裂韧性

Study of Cyclic Loading Fracture Toughness

对用三点弯曲疲劳实验得到的调质40Cr钢的疲劳寿命与应力强度因子幅之间的实验曲线进行了理论分析。给出了交变加载(疲劳)断裂韧性指标K_(IF)和断裂的疲劳次数(疲劳寿命)N_f的表达式。

The relation between fatigue life and stress intensity factor range ~, is obtained for 40 Cr steel which is made of matoified treatment. This work is done using three point bend fatigue method. The results are analyzed and on equation between fatigue fracture toughness K_(IF) and fatigue life N_f is formulated in this paper.
