摘要
介绍了提高轻油产量的意义、工艺原理及理论分析 ,结合生产实际分析了影响轻油产量的五种因素 ,指出原油稳定塔进塔温度是增加轻油产量的最基本因素 ,原油稳定塔顶压力、脱水泵排量、脱前含水是影响轻油产量的决定性因素 .分析了与建筑材料的密切关系 。
The article introduces the meaning,technical principle and theoretical analysis method of raising the naphtha yield in detail.In the light of manufactural practice,five kinds of elements that affected the naphtha yield was analysed,and the inlet temperature of the crude oil stabilizer is the most fundamental element that increases the naphtha yield is pointed out.The top pressure of the stabilizer,the displacement of the dehydration pump and the containing water before dehydrating are the decisive elements that affect the naphtha yield.
