摘要
介绍一种新型测量压力的元件——硅半导体压阻式传感器 ,并以 MPX2 10 0压阻式传感器为例 ,配合 AD770 5芯片构成压力测量系统 ,阐述压力测量系统的工作原理 ,说明系统的软。
In this paper,a new type sensor based piezoresistive effect and its working principle are introduced,and an example of MPX2100 is illustrated.Combined with IC AD7705,a pressure measuring system is made.Design method of software and hardware is given for the microcomputer measuring system and piezoresistive transducer of MPX2100.
