摘要
简要介绍了 T6 96 3C类液晶显示模块 (L CD)的外部特性及其与单片机的接口方法 ,采用单片机汇编语言 ,将汉字字模数据写入 L CD.
This paper generally introduces the outside features of LCD with T6963C and the interface between the single chip microcomputer system and it.Using assembly language of MCS,the Chinese fonts data are written into LCD.
