All-metal Coupling and Package of Semiconductor Laser and Amplifier with Optical Fiber

用自制的半导体激光器、放大器与单模、多模光纤进行了金属耦合及封装。测得带尾纤的激光放大器净增益为14dB～18dB。

The present paper represents the semiconductor laser and optical amplifier made by ourselves coupled with optical fiber by use of all-metal coupling. The net gain of semiconductor laser amplifier with optical fiber is 14 dB～18 dB.
