摘要
这里简要介绍了所研制的精密离心机液体静压轴承系统,针对一次轴承研损故障,详细分析了设计、装调中存在的技术问题,最后根据实际工况提出了静压轴承系统的改进措施,改进后,经过多次无故障运行考验,证明了改进设计的实用性和有效性。
The hydrostatic bearing system of th e precision centrifuger is introduced briefly.In allusion to a hurting fault of bearing ,the techni cal problem in design is analyzed in d etail.According to the technical re-quirement and the actual operating mode,the improving measure of the bea ring system is presented.After the improving,the faultless operating experiment on many occations proves the effectiveness and practicabili ty of the improving measure.
