摘要
针对目前数控技术教学中的具体情况,开发教学用数控插补仿真系统。该系统完成逐点比较法、数字积分插补法、数据采样插补法的直线、圆弧插补运算,将插补运算的结果以插补轨迹或表格的形式直接在屏幕上显示出来;也可以读取数控车削或铣削的代码,将相应的加工轨迹显示在屏幕上。
The system of numerical control inte rpolation and simulation for teachi ng is developed in order to improving the teaching effect of numerical control technology.It can perform the calculation of linear an d arc interpolation for point -by -point compare method,digital differen tial analyzer and data sampling in-terpolation method,the result can b e showed on the screen by interpolati on track or by interpolation form.Numerical control codes can be read a nd analyzed,and the result can be showed on the screen too.
