肌酸对豚鼠哮喘模型气道反应抑制作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :研究肌酸 (creatine ,Cr)对支气管哮喘的抑制作用。方法 :哮喘组豚鼠采用卵白蛋白腹腔内注射致敏和雾化吸入激发的方法制成哮喘模型 ;Cr干预组豚鼠致敏和激发的方法同哮喘组 ,在激发前 3h经口给予Cr ;对照组豚鼠用生理盐水腹腔内注射和雾化吸入。激发后第 7h进行支气管肺泡灌洗 ,对回收的灌洗液进行细胞总数和分类计数。用specificairwaysconductance(SGaw)作为呼吸道闭塞指标 ,激发前及激发后每隔 15min测定一次SGaw直到第 7h。其中immediateairwayresponse(IAR)和lateairwayresponse(LAR)分别表示激发后 0~ 3h和 3~ 7h的呼吸道反应。气道反应强度用areaundertheresponsecurve(AUC)评价。结果 :Cr干预组和哮喘组在激发后立即出现SGaw值下降 ,后逐渐恢复。但哮喘组此后又出现SGaw值下降 ,而干预组无该现象 ;干预组LAR的AUC低于哮喘组 ,而IAR的AUC无显著性差异 ;哮喘组灌洗液中的细胞总数和巨噬细胞 ,嗜酸性细胞数增高 ,而干预组则减少。结论 :Cr一定程度的抑制了气道炎症 ,并对LAR具有抑制作用。
