摘要 羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS—Na)成为目前日化工业添加剂领域的研究热点。为开发其新的生产工艺,提高产品性能,针对羧甲基淀粉钠生产工艺的研究现状,介绍了羧甲基淀粉钠工业品的半干法、溶媒法、挤压膨化法等生产工艺。其中半干法、溶媒法具有含水率低的优点,挤压膨化法具有反应时间短的优点,是目前生产工艺主流。水媒法含水率高,能耗大,操作繁杂,且醚化剂利用率低,故生产实践中使用不多。结合大丰公司的羧甲基淀粉钠工业品各种生产实例,提出了淀粉的羧甲基化与其它改性方法结合,如交联、酶解、接枝、进行复合改性,进一步改变CMS-Na的应用性能等生产发展方向。 The research to carboxyl methyl starch sodium (CMS) is popular in the field of industrial additives. In order to develop the new processes and improve performance of the product, processes of production such as semidry method, solventcatalysis method, and extrusion and expansion method were introduced. Because the semidry method and solvent method had the advantage of low water content of the product and the extrusion and expansion method had the advantage of short of time of action, they became the primary production processes at the present. The method of water solventcatalysis is rarely used in the practical production because of its disadvantages of high water content of the product, large consumption of energy, complicated operation and low utilization of etherifying agent. Based on the production instances of Dafeng Company's CMS, a new method was put forward of combining hydroxy methylation of starch and other methods of modification such as crosslinking, bioliquefaction and graft to improve the performance of CMS.
