摘要
介绍了一种具有我国自主知识产权和先进特色的电动机械振动系统的控制原理及硬件和软件的设计与开发 ,并就系统结构、设计中的关键技术进行了研究 ,提出了一套完整的从振动信号采集到数据分析处理的软、硬件设计方案 ,实现了五路振动信号的变换与测量 ,系统运用数字信号处理的方法实现了振动信号的谱分析与系统控制。
In this paper, a new type of measure and control system is developed for a mechanical vibration gene rator with our own copyright. Principles and designing of both high speed data acquisition and analyzing are introduced. Based on the research of the system structure, especially some key technology among the development, a practical scheme of hardware and software from vibration signal acquisition to data analyzing is deve loped, in which 5 channel vibration signals are transformed and processed digitally by means of the power spectrum analyzing method based on general computer. At the end, the testing result of the system in terms of national detection criterion is present in brief.
