摘要
热水网加热器温度控制对象是一个典型的随机时变系统 ,为了考虑该过程的随机时变特性 ,提出了一种新的动态矩阵控制算法 ,基本思想是把动态矩阵控制的预测模型参数分解为固定部分和时变部分。固定部分通过在工作点附近进行多次现场试验并结合经验分析确定 ,而一定范围内的随机时变部分则通过在线辨识确定。这样获得的模型参数既有高的可靠性 。
The temperature plant of hot water networks is a typical stochastic time varying system. In order to consider the stochastic time varying property, this paper presents a novel dynamic matrix control method which is based on the principle that the model parameters of dynamic matrix control are divided into two parts:time invariant part and time varying part. The former is determined at the set point through step response test, and the latter is determined by online identification. The parameters determined in this way is not only highly reliable, but also suitable for the time varying property of a plant in certain range.
