This paper introduces fussy and rule into the expert system of fault diagnosis,builds up a function of the fuzzy subject grade,constructs a fuzzy model and discusses how to combine the fuzzy fault diagnosis with the CLIPS language. Finally,it presents a model of fault diagnosis which serves as a good tool of naval gun maintenance.
