基于虚拟仪器平台的工件质量特性测试系统

摘要 提出了一种基于LabWindows/CVI的工件质量特性测量系统,能测量工件的质量、转动惯量、不平衡量、轴线直线度误差等质量特性参数。介绍了该系统的整体构成,详细地讨论了质量测量子系统和转动惯量测量子系统的设计。系统具有功能完备、高精度、高效率、人机友好等优点,已在生产现场使用,尤其适用于导弹弹头等航天类旋转工件的质量特性测量。 This paper suggests a measurement system of quality characteristic of workpiece based on LabWindows/CVI,which can measure weight,value of imbalance,moment of inertia,departure from straightness of axis and so on,describes the constitution of the whole system,and discusses in detail the design of quality measurement subsystem and moment of inertia measurement subsystem. The system has some merits such as maturity function,high precision,high efficiency and manmachine coordination. It has been used at productive site,and especially adapted to the measurement of quality characteristic of space revolving workpiece such as missile warhead.
