摘要
简单介绍了用Hopfield神经网络优化的原理,通过对游梁式抽油机性能、结构的分析,提出以悬点最大加速度作为目标函数的基于Hopfield神经网络的优化设计方法,给出优化设计数学模型及优化前后CYJY12-4.2-73型抽油机的性能参数对比,该法提高了抽油机的性能。
In this paper,the optimum principle of Hopfield Neural Network (HNN) is briefly introduced. After analyzing the performance and structural feature of the Travelbeam Pumping Unit (TPU),an optimization design scheme using the maximum acceleration as the object function is proposed on the basis of HNN. The mathematical model and the flow chart of optimization are given. As is shown by a comparison of the same kind of TPU between before and after optimization,the performance of TPU can be improved by using this method.
