摘要
研究了采用磷化处理工艺代替传统的镀锌工艺以提高汽车刮水器弹簧的防腐能力。按照组装工序对磷化工艺的特殊要求,研制出新的磷化工艺及配方,经工艺验证和测试,生产的刮水器产品防腐能力有显著的提高。
This paper proposes a new anticorrosive process of phosphating instead of the traditional process of zincification to improve the ability of corrosion prevention of windscreen wiper. According to the special requirement of assembly order,a new process and prescription of phosphating are developed. Checking and testing show that phosphating can markedly improve the ability of corrosion prevention of windscreen wiper.
