异种钢焊接接头高温失效的分析

Analysis of High-temperature Failure of Dissimilar Steel Welding Joints

对过热器异种钢管焊接接头早期失效的原因进行了研究。研究结果表明 ,母材材质和焊接接头缺陷是引起过热器失效的主要原因。提出了严把母材质量关 ,改进焊接工艺条件 。

This paper makes research on the causes early failure of dissimilar steel pipe welding of overheater. It shows that the objection in parent material and welding joins is main reasons causing failure of overheater. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the quality of raw material and improve the welding process conditions so as to overcome the early failure.
