肠康颗粒的质量标准研究

Study on quality criterition of changkang granules

目的 制定肠康颗粒的质量标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法对肠康颗粒进行了定性鉴别 ,采用薄层扫描法对肠康颗粒中的主要成分补骨脂素 (psoralen)进行了含量测定。结果 本实验成功对方中主要药物补骨脂、五味子、白芍、肉豆蔻、陈皮、吴茱萸进行了薄层鉴别 ,对方中补骨脂素含量进行了含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality criterition of ChangKang granules. METHOD The thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used to identify the quality of Changkang granules and the thin layer chromatography scanner was used to determine the quantity of Psoralen, the main component in ChangKang granules.RESULTS This experiment succeeded in thin layer identification of the main drugs in the recipe, such as FRUCTUS PSORACEAE 、FRUCTUS SCHISANDRAE CHINENSIS、RADIX PAEONIAE ALBA、SEMEN MYRISTICAE、PERICARPIUM CITRI RETICULATAE、 FRUCTUS EVODIAE, and determining the quantity of Psoralen.CONCLUSION The methods above mentioned can be used as a quality criterition of this preparation .
