中药内服外敷治疗老年人病态窦房结综合征疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Chinese herbal medicine both orally taken and externally applied in treating sick sinus syndrome of aged persons

目的 观察中药内服外敷治疗老年人病态窦房结综合征的疗效。方法 6 0例患者随机分为内服组和内服外敷组各 30例。内服组以温补肾阳、振奋心阳、益气活血、化淤生新为治则 ,采用制附子、桂枝、淫羊霍、补骨脂、党参、黄芪、当归、水蛭、鸡血藤、炙甘草等药物进行治疗 ;内服外敷组在上述治疗的同时 ,采用川芎、桃仁、红花制成的膏剂外敷于心前区。结果 内服组显效 11例 ,有效 15例 ,总有效率 86 .6 6 % ;内服外敷组显效 2 0例 ,有效 7例 ,总有效率 90 %。 1例窦缓伴结性逸搏心律的重症患者 ,经内服外敷治疗后恢复窦性心律 ;二组临床疗效比较 ,内服外敷组显效率提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine(CHM)both orally taken and externally applied in treating sick sinus syndrome(SSS). METHOD 60 SSS patients were randomly divided into 2 groups :Orally taken group ( n =30)and orally taken with externally applied group( n =30).Orally taken group adopted warm reinforce to excite heart yang ,replenish qi and activate blood circulation to remove stasis and grow new blood as treating principle,using prepared monkshood ,cassia twig ,epimedium ,pilose asiabell ,milk vetch ,Chinese angelica ,leech ,suberect spatholobus ,licorice ,etc for treatment.RESULTS Markedly effective 11 cases (36.66%),effective 15 cases(50.00%),total effective rate was 86.66%.For those early stage patients manifested as bradycardia SSS patients,majority of them showed satisfactory results. In orally taken plus externally applied group, using chuanxiong,peach kernel, safflower,processed into paste dosage form,externally applied at precordial region,markedly effective 20 cases (66。66%),effective 7 cases (23.33%), total effective rate was 90.00% .1case suffering with sinus bradycardia accompanied with escape beat rhythm,after using orally taken and externally appliance, the patient recovered sinus rhythm.In comparison between 2 groups, the markedly effective rate of orally taken and externally applied group was obviously higher( P <0.05).CONCLUSION The effect of using CHM orally taken and externally applied is satisfactory.
