型机电产品的工业设计改造

Industrial Design Reform for Large Mechanical and Electrical Products

在我国机电产品行业中,有不少技术上成熟的产品由于过去不重视工业设计,无论外观形象还是设计理念均严重滞后于国际潮流。这一现象将大大削弱这些产品的市场竞争力。笔者通过TYM全自动平压烫印模切机工业设计改造的设计实践,介绍了对于受功能、结构和批量生产物质条件制约较强的大型机电产品。在基本不改动其机械结构与功能的前提下,仍有可能通过运用形态的比例调整、色彩的结构功能和人机工程学分析等工业设计技术,即实现产品视觉形态与内在质量的尽可能完美统一。这里,设计改造成为技术改造的重要一翼。

Because of neglecting industrial design in the past, there are many products that come to mature in technique are backward the international current, not only the form design but also the design idea in the electromechanical industry of China. Through the practice of industrial design reform for TYM780 full-automatic printing machine, this paper introduces that the large mechanical and electrical products restricted by the function, construction, batch processing and other material conditions, without changes of the basic functions and mechanical structures, may still be made the use of adjusting the proportion of form, construct function of color and ergonomics analysis etc. to make inner quality and the visual form of product reach the perfect. Here, the design reform becomes an important wing of technique reform .
