摘要
本文对6台间歇式高温高压染色机用微型计算机行进在线实时数据采集、处理和控制的系统进行了论述。系统并设有手控系统,对人工干预能及时作出反应和记录,可有效地制止操作自由化情况的发生。系统还强化了安全措施,确保了安全生产和促进了企业的生产管理。应用后,增产8%。
In this paper,it is dealt with the data collection and data processing forsix yeing machinos and the machine control based on a real time controlled microcom-pute system.This system is with manual control features capable of immediateresponse and data record to effectively prevent any mal operations.The safety prote-tion measure in this system ensures safe production and improves factory productionmanagement.It's application raised output 8% higher.
