摘要
目的 :探讨护士长情商高低对护理工作的影响。方法 :选择两组情商高低不同的护士长 ,5年来对所分管病区护士的心理压力、工作积极性、护理差错事故、患者满意度、护理质控成绩、医生满意度、护士继续教育情况进行比较。结果 :两组情商不同护士长 ,对护理工作影响各异 :高情商护士长在护理工作中成绩斐然 ,对护理工作起推动作用 ,低情商护士长对护理工作的发展起阻碍作用。结论 :护士长作为管理者 ,要做好护理工作 。
Objective:To study the effect on nursing by the head nurses' emotion quotient.Method:Choose 2 groups of head nurses with different emotion quotient and compare their working states.Result:It is obvious that emotion quotient is effective on the head nurse.The achievement of the head quotient with high quotient is better than the head nurses with low quo^tient.Conclusion:The head nurse,as the manager of nursing,should improve the quotient in order to make the nursing better.
