开塞露纳肛治疗产后尿潴留的疗效观察

Clinical observation about treatment of post labour urine retention by intraannus injection of KaiSaiLu

目的 :探讨产后尿潴留的有效治疗护理方法。方法 :自 2 0 0 1年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 11月收治产后尿潴留患者 10 3例 ,随机分为实验组 5 4例 ,对照组 49例 ,实验组给予开塞露纳肛治疗 ,对照组采用下腹部热敷、按摩、听流水声等常规方法治疗 ,观察两组患者尿潴留的疗效。结果 :实验组疗效明显优于观察组 ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :开塞露纳肛治疗产后尿潴留 ,无副作用且效果显著 。

Objective:To investigate for effective nursing method for post labour urine retention.Method:103 cases accepted from 2001 Jan to 2002 Nov.Were randomly divided into two groups,Experimental group 54 cases,Control 49 cases,Experimental group received KaiSaiLu annus injection,with control received hot compressing on abdomen,massage,Listening flowing water sound.Result:All two groups headed,numbers of no effect patients show significant differences between two groups(P<0.01).Concl^usion:KaiSaiLu can treat patients for their urine retention without any side effects.
