摘要
本文对抑制刀具磨损的一些方法进行了研究探讨,并在切削过程中采取施加人工电流以及绝缘等方式进行了大量的试验。在试验中采用“一对二”的同刃切削试验法,对抑制刀具磨损的方法进行效果判别,从而得出了抑制刀具磨损的有效途径。
