摘要 以聚碳酸脂为模拟材料,利用光塑性方法分析研究了楔模轧复杂三维变形,直观给出了变形区前沿形状,定量得到了变形体内部应变分布,绘制了揭示金属流动方向的最大剪应变迹线图,并分析了模具参数、变形程度对变形区前沿形状和应变分布的影响。 The three dimensional deformation in the process of cross wedge rolling was studied by photoplastic simulation method with the polycarbonate as the simulation material. The front shape of deformation zone the strain distribution in the deformed body were obtained. The graphs of maximum shear strain which expresses the flowing direction of material were drawn. The effects of the parameters and deformation parameter on the front shape of defomation zone and strain disfribution were analysed.
