装卡方式对应变片式传感器测试系统机械标定系数的影响

摘要 非电量电测的任何传感器测试系统在实测之前均需对传感器测试系统进行机械标定,目的是要得出非电物理量与电学量的比例关系,其比值就是机械标定系数,该标定系数做为测试的比例尺。因此,机械标定系数的精度直接影响测试精度。本文论述了装卡方式对机械标定系数的影响及解决办法,并提出传感器测试系统机械标定的程序规范。 In a non-electric signal measuring system, the transducer must be calibrated mechanically to obtain the proportional relation between the non-electric physical quantity and the electric one. The ratio between them is the mechanical calibration factor which is used as a proportional ruler for a measurement. The accuracy of the calibration factor directly influences the measuring accuracy. This paper describes the influence of the fixing method on the mechanical factor and the approach to problem solving. In addition a specification has been put forward for the mechanical calibration of a transducer in a measuring system.
